Privacy and local processing#

GraphX processes your graph images and project data locally in your browser. Images are not uploaded to a GraphX server for processing.

The local browser operations include image decoding, calibration, manual digitising, curve tracing, trendline and regression fitting, project loading and saving, and CSV, PDF, and JPEG generation. The extracted graph data and saved project information remain part of that local processing flow rather than being sent to a GraphX processing service.

This can be useful for proprietary, vendor, or client graph material. You should still follow your organisation's requirements for confidential or restricted information.
